Three days of spiritual and leadership training built for the Special Operations community. Small cohort, deep work, lasting brotherhood.
Three days away from the pace of mission life. The cohort is deliberately small so the work can go deep, and the same group stays together from arrival to departure.
Mornings are teaching and scripture. Afternoons are leadership practicum built around the decisions operators actually face. Evenings are unstructured, which is where most of the value tends to land.
